Monster Hunter World: Iceborne’s PC launch is a few hours away and many players who have been following the console update cycle have been wondering about the Guiding Lands (endgame) features. On day one, console players had to grind a lot for raising levels and luring out monsters. The Guiding Lands is a large area in the endgame of Monster Hunter World: Iceborne that features multiple biomes from the areas in the main campaign together with different monsters spawning based on the level of each region in the Guiding Lands. When the Rajang update arrived, Capcom had major fixes to the balance in the Guiding Lands for raising and lowering levels.

On PC, the Guiding Lands have fixes from both 11.01 and 12.01 fixes to the Guiding Lands. This includes being able to fix regions, raise levels quicker, and much more. Monster Hunter World: Iceborne on PC will have a much better endgame experience day one than the console version did thanks to this. The Iceborne PC roadmap confirms that Rajang will arrive next month with Stygian Zinogre and more to follow. Read our review of how the PC version runs on a budget laptop here.

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is available on PS4 and Xbox One. It releases on PC in a few hours worldwide.
