Monster Hunter World: Iceborne’s newest event is now live in the form of the Full Bloom Fest on consoles and PC in Seliana. This event has new room decorations, pendants, armor, palico gear, and more. It also follows the same pattern as the last few where you earn new login bonuses daily and have a chance of earning a VIP ticket by fulfilling certain requirements. Here’s how to unlock everything (as of this writing) from the Full Bloom Fest in Monster Hunter World: Iceborne on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
How to get Full Bloom Tickets in Monster Hunter World: Iceborne
Full Bloom Tickets are this event’s common ticket reward. You earn Full Bloom Tickets by logging in to Monster Hunter World: Iceborne daily and through certain bounties. These bounties change daily so keep checking them at the resource center. Full Bloom Tickets are used for crafting various things as detailed later in this guide.
How to get VIP Full Bloom Tickets in Monster Hunter World: Iceborne
VIP Full Bloom Tickets are this event’s rare ticket reward. The best way get VIP Full Bloom Tickets is to craft the Rose Alpha plus armor set that increases the drop rate for this special reward and help low and high rank hunters and also completing event quests while wearing this armor. Some layered armor, charms, and room decorations require the VIP Full Bloom Tickets so get ready to equip the Rose Alpha plus armor and do quests if you want to unlock it all.
An easy quest to attempt is the Skyward Snipers one detailed below. Just make sure you equip the full Rose Alpha plus armor and attempt it. Using a Lucky Voucher helps as well. This quest can be completed in under five minutes easily.
How to unlock the Downy Crake layered armor
To do this, you need to complete the Skyward Snipers quest that nets you a Downy Crake Ticket II. Once you have this, you need one Downy Crake Ticket II and one Paolumu Thickfur. For this quest, you need to deliver 5 Grandfather Mantagrells.
Grandfather Mantagrells in Monster Hunter World: Iceborne
For these, you want to head to the Northeast Camp (12) in the Coral Highlands. Go towards the Northeast part of area 11 and ready your net. Once you exit the waterfall dive here, you can capture multiple Grandfather Mantagrells with your net in one run and complete the event quest. The location is near where you would’ve gone to unlock the Coral Orchestra palico gadget.
How to unlock the Whetfish Ticket in Monster Hunter World: Iceborne
You need to deliver two Great Whetfish to earn the Whetfish Ticket reward in Monster Hunter World: Iceborne in the “A Fish to Whet Your Appetite” quest. This is in the Wildspire Waste so you need to be in area 1 or 6 and fish for a Great Whetfish twice. If you don’t see any, move away from the location and come back. This might take a few tries.
Once you have the Whetfish Ticket, you can craft the Whetfish Sabers dual blade. This requires the following:
- Whetfish Ticket x 1
- Jyuratodus Shard x 2

- Eltalite Ore x 5

Once you have crafted the Whetfish Sabers, you can upgrade them to the Whetfish Sabers Plus. To do this, you need the following:
