Streaming Arrow Records announced four new Falcom soundtrack releases with all on Vinyl and three of them also getting a CD release. These include both classic game soundtracks and newer ones including a new compilation spanning some superb tracks from the Ys series. The complete Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim soundtrack is getting a 4LP box set and 2CD release while Dragon Slayer: The Legend of Heroes’ soundtrack is getting a 2LP or CD release. From the compilations, Ys Healing and the new compilation Fields of Ys (featuring field music from old and new Ys games) have also been announced as 2LP and single LP releases respectively. The releases on Streaming Arrow Records’ store will ship in May 2022.

It is great to see more Falcom soundtracks be released physically in the West including high quality vinyl box sets and pressings. Hopefully we get an Ys VIII soundtrack box soon because that score is sublime.
