The highlight of the Nintendo Direct was Atlus announcing Etrian Odyssey Origins Collection. Etrian Odyssey Origins Collection features remasters of the first three Etrian Odyssey games in the form of Etrian Odyssey HD, Etrian Odyssey II HD, and Etrian Odyssey III HD. The games in the collection will also be sold individually and will be released with new features and improvements for Nintendo Switch and Steam. Watch the trailer below:

I can’t believe it will have taken over six years since the Switch launched to get an Etrian Odyssey game on the platform. Hopefully this is the start of many Etrian Odyssey releases on multiple platforms.
