With TGS 2019 a day away, Square Enix showed off a generous amount of Final Fantasy VII Remake gameplay with a new trailer. We got a look at its combat, traversal, bosses, and even how certain mini-games like gym exercises would feature QTEs (or quick time events as they’re known). The footage looked exceptionally polished and seemed to hit key story beats too, teasing what to expect when the Final Fantasy VII Remake hits. These include the cross-dressing scene from the original Final Fantasy VII, Shinra’s Turks, as well as summons such as Ifrit and Shiva. You can watch it here.

Previously, Square Enix distributor E-xpress put up details regarding the Final Fantasy VII Remake special variant known as the Deluxe Edition. Here’s what you need to know.

  • A hardback art book featuring stunning concept art.
  • A Mini-Soundtrack CD.
  • Summon Materia DLC allowing players to summon Cactuar in game.
  • Sephiroth Steelbook Case.
  • Final Fantasy VII Remake on PS4.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Deluxe Edition India price

The Final Fantasy VII Remake Deluxe Edition India price is Rs. 5,699 on specialist retailer Games The Shop which is lower than expected. It is likely priced at Rs. 5,699 and not Rs. 5,999 or higher to be competitive with the digital price on PSN which is Rs. 5,699 for the Digital Deluxe Edition. It will be interesting to see whether this will be made available on Amazon and other storefronts in the future or whether it will be Games The Shop exclusive.
