SNK just announced that The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match is finally coming to PS4 soon. The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match is the definitive version of The King of Fighters 2002 featuring the most characters in the series and more recently rollback netcode on Steam. Until now, the only modern platforms that had The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match have been PC (on Steam) and Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S through backward compatibility. The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match rollback netcode for PS4
SNK confirmed in the announcement that the PS4 version includes rollback netcode which means it will be great online.
I’ve been playing it often on Xbox One X and Steam recently but will definitely get this the moment it releases on the PS Store. The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match is easily my favourite game in the series.
The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match is out now on Xbox through backward compatibility and PC via Steam. It is coming soon to PS4.
