At the PlayStation Showcase, Konami revealed a remake of MGS3 in the form of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater and a 35th anniversary celebration release in the form of the MGS Master Collection Volume 1. The Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Volume 1 includes MGS Master Collection Version, MGS 2 Sons of Liberty Master Collection Version, and MGS 3 Snake Eater Master Collection Version. While the collection is coming to “the latest platforms” with no confirmed list yet, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. Konami’s official Spanish Twitter account confirmed an MGS Master Collection physical release which is great to see. Watch the trailer below:

Konami also announced the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Volume 1 including MGS Master Collection Version, MGS 2 Sons of Liberty Master Collection Version, and MGS 3 Snake Eater Master Collection Version. This is a 35th anniversary celebration game for the “latest platforms”. It will get a physical release according to Konami.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is in development for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. MGS Master Collection Volume 1 is coming to PS5 and other platforms that are yet to be confirmed.
