At the Marvelous Game Showcase 2023, Xseed Games and Marvelous announced Rune Factory 6 and Rune Factory: Project Dragon. The former is the newest mainline entry in the series while the latter is a spin-off in development. Platforms for both games are unannounced. These two releases will follow Rune Factory 3 Special which is due this September in the West. Rune Factory series Director Shiro Maekawa presented Rune Factory: Project Dragon which aims to build on the “East and West” theme they are going for. Project Dragon is set in the East while Rune Factory 6, in development, is set in the continent of Adonea. Watch the showcase from 19:40 onwards below:
