Koei Tecmo and Gust’s Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End and the Secret Key is finally here on PS5, PS4, Switch, and Steam worldwide following a delay. Today, Koei Tecmo and Gust have released the Atelier Ryza 3 version 1.2.1 update for all platforms with patch notes revealed. This is the Atelier Ryza 3 depth of field update that follows version 1.1.0 and the day one update. The download size is small on all platforms and 227MB on PS5. This patch has depth of field fixes, copyright size changes, and progression fixes.

Atelier Ryza 3 version 1.2.1 update patch notes

The Atelier Ryza 3 depth of field update patch notes are below. This is version 1.002.001 on PS5, 1.04 on PS4, 1.2.1 on Switch, and 1.2.1.0 on Steam.

  • Adjustment of the depth of field for the overall game.
  • Adjusted the button input response time when connecting a normal attack to a skill attack during combat.
  • Fixed an issue that occasionally caused the surface of the water to disappear.
  • Adjusted the size of the copyright notice displayed in the lower left corner when a screenshot is taken with the video output setting of the PlayStation®5 or PlayStation®4 set to resolution other than 2160p.
  • – [For Steam] Fixed an issue where some key icons were not displayed correctly when using a 4K monitor.

Atelier Ryza 3 version 1.1.0 update patch notes

The patch notes are below. These likely apply to all platforms, but if things change, I’ll update this. This update is 1.02 on PS4 and version 1.001.000 on PS5.

Added photo mode enhancement update.
Added Weasel Roast, Devil Roast, & Lamb Roast.
Other minor adjustments and bug fixes.

Atelier Ryza 3 version 1.0.1 update patch notes

The patch notes are below. These likely apply to all platforms, but if things change, I’ll update this.

  • Fixed an issue that caused the game to crash when a specific operation was performed.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the game to stop responding after watching a specific cutscene or synthesizing a specific item.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed players to move to an unintended area under certain conditions.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the quest’s objective item to not appear in some of the main, normal and random quests.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a specific event to occur at an unintended timing.
  • Fixed display issues.
  • Other minor adjustments and bug fixes.
