At the September Nintendo Direct Mini Partner Showcase, NIS America announced the newest mainline Disgaea game in the form of Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny. Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny follows Disgaea 5 that debuted on PS4 before seeing a Nintendo Switch and PC release. Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny is releasing only on Nintendo Switch in the West while the Japanese release is also on PS4. It features 3D visuals which is a first for the Disgaea games and various adjustable settings to make it welcoming to new and older players. NIS America revealed a bit of the English dub in a new story trailer for Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny. Watch it below:

Disgaea 6 PS4 and PC release

As of now, Disgaea 6 for PS4 is only releasing in Japan. It is possible that PC and PlayStation get some re-release later on with all DLC included. As of now, Disgaea 6 in the West is only set for a Nintendo Switch release.
