The King of Fighters XV from SNK is available worldwide on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, and PC platforms. Read my review of the PS5 version here. Today, SNK has released The King of Fighters XV version 2.00 update following the cross play update on all platforms which also had the Goenitz DLC. Check out the full patch notes and balance adjustments here. It is worth noting that you need to create a KOFID for cross play form play. As of this writing, the Xbox Series X version has an error trying to login and boots you back to the title screen. Once this is fixed, I’ll update this story.

The King of Fighters XV 2023 Season 2 update roadmap

Alongside The King of Fighters XV Goenitz and Sylvie Paula Paula DLC reveal, SNK also showcased an updated KOFXV roadmap for 2023. Check it out below:

It is going to be interesting to see what else is added to the game this year following the crossplay update, today’s 2.00 release, and more including The King of Fighters XV Najd character DLC. SNK seems to have a lot planned this year with Samurai Shodown also getting rollback next month.
