After originally announcing that Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue would hit Xbox One in early 2020, Square Enix released both collections on Xbox One at the same time. Both of these collections together make up Kingdom Hearts The Story So Far which is a two disc collection on PS4. Today, both collections join Kingdom Hearts III in Xbox Game Pass for Console.
