SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio previously revealed Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name for PS5, PS4, Xbox, and Steam. This game is expected to be little bigger than The Kaito Files, and half the size of a regular Yakuza game. It is an action game and not a turn-based RPG like Yakuza: Like a Dragon or Like a Dragon 8. At Summer Game Fest 2023, Sega showcased a new trailer and confirmed the pre-order bonus.
