With the Project Sakura Wars release date of December 12 in Japan (and a far more nebulous 2020 release window for the West), Sega has announced that its RPG slash dating-sim meets visual novel that’s currently exclusive to the PS4 will have a demo. The Project Sakura Wars demo release date is November 21 and will be available via the Japanese PS Store.

The demo was announced during a stage event at PlayStation Matsuri Sapporo 2019 and will allow you to experience its adventure and battle sections.

Previously, Sega revealed more Project Sakura Wars details at TGS 2019 including new characters and information about previously introduced characters. Just like Yakuza 7, Project Sakura Wars sees a drastic gameplay change compared to earlier entries.

So far, all the gameplay has looked superb and the game definitely looks polished ahead of its release this December on PS4. You can check out everything we know about the game right here.
