Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival is a new Taiko no Tatsujin game for Nintendo Switch featuring many songs in the base game, but also a paid subscription option for more than 500 songs at launch. This subscription is titled the Taiko Music Pass. Today, Bandai Namco Entertainment released the Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival Game Modes trailer showcasing online matches, Taiko mode, and more. Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival is getting a physical release in the West and Japan.

Having played import releases on PS Vita and PS4 years ago, it is great to see the franchise find such a nice home on Nintendo Switch in the West to the point where we are getting retail releases and worldwide releases. 

Hopefully we learn more about the pass and other details about the game following today’s Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival game modes reveal.
