Tales of Arise is out now worldwide for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC via Steam as the newest mainline game in the beloved Tales of series. If you’ve not gotten it yet, read this for all the editions, DLC, and more. Today, the Tales of Arise version 1.04 update has just gone live. The update download size is 409.6MB for PS4 and 1.156GB for PS5. Expect the update to rollout on all platforms today. It includes support for save data transfer from PS4 to PS5 and more. How to transfer Tales of Arise save data from PS4 to PS5
Once you have updated Tales of Arise to version 1.04 on PS4, select upload save data on the main menu. Once this is uploaded, download the PS5 version or make sure it is updated if you use a disc copy. Then select download save data from the menu and let the game check the server.
How to transfer Tales of Arise save data from Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S
It is likely that the Xbox versions also got the save transfer functionality. If it hasn’t yet, the steps should be the same as PS4. Once you have updated Tales of Arise to the latest version on Xbox One, select upload save data on the main menu. Once this is uploaded, download the Xbox Series version (no Smart Delivery support) or make sure it is updated if you use a disc copy. Then select download save data from the menu and let the game check the server.
