NIS America previously brought Furyu’s The Caligula Effect: Overdose to PS5. The sequel was also confirmed to get a PS5 release. The Caligula Effect 2, like The Caligula Effect: Overdose, launched on PS4, Switch, and PC in the West. Today, NIS America announced The Caligula Effect 2 PS5 release date for North America, Europe, and Oceania. The Caligula Effect 2 is getting a standard physical release on PS5. A standard edition with an NIS America retailer exclusive bonus is available here. A specific collector’s edition has not been revealed for The Caligula Effect 2 on PS5 yet.
I’m very interested to try out both The Caligula Effect: Overdose and The Caligula Effect 2 on PS5 after being disappointed by the PS Vita version of the original and Switch versions on a technical level. Check out the official website here.
