At the Japanese Nintendo Direct Square Enix revealed the live-action mystery-adventure game The Centennial Case: A Shijima Story. It was confirmed to get a global release soon after and is being developed by h.a.n.d. The Centennial Case: A Shijima Story is directed by Koichiro Ito (Metal Gear Solid V) and produced by Junichi Ehara (NieR Automata). It revolves around the Shijima family and the various deaths occurring in the family over the last 100 years. You play as mystery novelist Haruka Kagami trying to uncover the truth.
