Koei Tecmo just revealed the story trailer for Touken Ranbu Warriors ahead of its release date for Nintendo Switch. Touken Ranbu Warriors is based on the Touken Ranbu series and it features 15 characters from Touken Ranbu Online. While it is coming to Japan in February 2022, the Western release is a few months later. Today’s story trailer focusses on the gripping narrative in the game and has a few cut-scenes and characters shown including the members of Touken Dasnhi. Touken Ranbu Warriors Steam release
While the game is coming to PC and Nintendo Switch in Japan, the Western release is only on Nintendo Switch as of now. It is releasing on PC via DMM in Japan.
Touken Ranbu Warriors Nintendo Switch physical release
Sadly, Touken Ranbu Warriors is a digital-only release as of now. I’m glad it is getting localized at all because it feels like a miracle that Koei Tecmo Europe and America are bringing it over in the first place. Hopefully we get a physical release in Asia or Japan with English support.
