NIS America just announced the release date for The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV on Nintendo Switch. Trails of Cold Steel IV debuted on PS4 last year and earned a spot on our best soundtracks of 2020 and best PS4 games of 2020 lists. Read my review of the PS4 version here. The final game in the Trails of Cold Steel saga was announced for PS4, PC, and Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo Switch version has finally been dated for April this year. Trails of Cold Steel IV releases on April 9 in North America and Europe and April 16 in Australia for Nintendo Switch. It is available now on PS4 and is in development for PC.
