Arc System Works just announced the release date for Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[cl-r] on PC via Steam. As I suspected based on the SteamDB entry updates, Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[cl-r] will be arriving as a free update to Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st] very soon. Current players and new players can buy it through two purchase options. They are below:

Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[cl-r] releases on March 27 for PC via Steam. It is currently available on PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
