Nintendo released The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom worldwide a few months ago, and it is an incredible game. Read my review of it here. In a new interview with Famitsu (via Automaton), the developers revealed that no additional content is planned for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. This is surprising given Breath of the Wild had paid DLC packs, and with how successful Tears of the Kingdom is, but Eiji Aonuma said the team had done whatever they could for the world (via DeepL translation). The game itself is a complete experience, but I’m sure everyone would love more reasons to come back to the game. I know I would, but it looks like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will have no DLC. Watch the trailer for the game below:

You can buy the game digitally here on the eShop and at retailers worldwide. Tears of the Kingdom is a $69.99 game as revealed before.

I’m curious to see what Nintendo reveals for the Zelda series next with Tears of the Kingdom seemingly getting no DLC. I still hope we get Wind Waker and Twilight Princess on Nintendo Switch at some point.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is out now worldwide on Nintendo Switch.
