Aquaplus just revealed Utawarerumono: ZAN 2, a sequel to Utawarerumono: ZAN based on Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth in the newest issue of Famitsu (via Gematsu). Utawarerumono: ZAN 2 will include new story content and a reconstructed battle system. Utawarerumono: ZAN was a warriors-style spin-off for PS4 based on Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception. Utawarerumono: ZAN 2 was just announced for Japan with a July release date for PS5 and PS4. NIS America will likely announce a localisation in the future since NIS America localised Utawarerumono: ZAN and Utawarerumono: Prelude to the Fallen.
Utawarerumono: ZAN 2 releases on July 22 in Japan for PS5 and PS4.
