Evo 2019 is going on right now and French Bread and Aksys Games just announced Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late [cl-r]. Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late [cl-r] is the follow up to Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late [st] that was released on PS4, PS3, and PS Vita before seeing a PC port. As of now, the platforms have not been confirmed for Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late [cl-r] but it was rated a while ago for PS4 and Nintendo Switch in Taiwan and Australia as spotted by Gematsu. Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late [cl-r] is set to release in Early 2020. It will be published in North America by Aksys Games. It will likely be published in Europe and Australia (and India) by PQube Games going by rating in Australia.
