Nintendo and Nippon Columbia just announced three soundtrack releases for Animal Crossing: New Horizons (via Perfectly Nintendo). These cover the background music, K K Slider songs, and even the live performance that was released online last year. The soundtracks will release on June 9 in Japan physically. The soundtrack pictured below is the four disc release that has all the background music and seasonal music.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons soundtrack digital download release

As of now, a digital release has not been announced. Hopefully Nintendo does give the soundtrack a digital release on iTunes at least if it will not be added to streaming services.
