At the Final Fantasy VII 25th Anniversary Celebration broadcast, Square Enix announced a remaster of the PSP game Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII. Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion brings the 2007 prequel to Final Fantasy VII to all platforms in a few weeks. Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion will feature full voice acting and an arranged soundtrack. The Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion resolution and frame rate for all platforms have been revealed today by Square Enix alongside a new trailer. Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion will run at 720p and 30fps in both docked and handheld modes on Switch.
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion PS5 and Xbox Series X|S performance details
Both the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions will be 4K 60fps. The Xbox Series S version is 30fps without the day one patch, but will be 60fps after the patch at 1080p, a big drop from the Xbox Series X resolution.
