Sega and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s Like a Dragon: Ishin is out now for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC platforms including Steam and the Microsoft Store. The Dragon of Dojima Skin DLC contains a Kazuma Kiryu skin to be used as a cosmetic item for Sakamoto Ryoma. This DLC is only included in the Digital Deluxe version or DLC Deluxe Upgrade Bundle and cannot be purchased separately.
Like a Dragon: Ishin digital pre-order bonus and early access
The digital pre-order bonus is 4 day early access and three weapons detailed below:
- Kijinmaru Kunishige, a dark sword with a white hilt
- Tsuyano Usukurenai, a sword soaked in blood
- Black Ship Cannon, a cannon taken from Western ships

As of this writing, all the DLC packs will be available from February 17 if you get the Deluxe Edition or February 21 if you get the standard edition.
How to get DLC in Like a Dragon: Ishin
The DLC in Yakuza: Like a Dragon can be purchased on the PS Store, Microsoft Store, or Steam. Once you have bought DLC or redeemed your pre-order code, you will likely need to check an in-game menu. I will update this when I have access to the game to confirm more DLC details.
When can you claim DLC in Like a Dragon: Ishin
Complete Chapter 1 and begin Chapter 2 of the game. Go downstairs to the first floor. Before leaving the Teradaya Inn, make your way left to explore more of the inn. Make sure not to walk to the right because it will trigger a cutscene for the story. Take a right into the second room. Once inside, exit the room from the other side to the hallway and turn left. You will meet a man named Bakumatsu Bob Utsunomiya who will let you claim any pre-order DLC and buy DLC.
Can you upgrade from Like a Dragon: Ishin to the Digital Deluxe Edition?
