Unlike earlier Pokemon games where players had to buy a new version for additional content, The Pokemon Company and Nintendo are letting players get more content through a regular expansion pass and DLC model when it comes to Pokemon Sword and Shield. Pokemon Sword and Shield players can buy the Pokemon Sword Expansion Pass and Pokemon Shield Expansion Pass respectively. These include The Isle of Armor and The Crown Tundra. The pass needs to be bought for both games if you own both games. The Isle of Armor DLC finally has a release date from this expansion pass. Watch the trailer below:

The pass for each game is priced at $29.99 (approximately Rs. 2,254).
Will The Isle of Armor be sold separately?
It is only being sold through the Pokemon Sword and Shield Expansion Pass. It releases on June 17 for those who own the Expansion Pass.
Pokemon Sword and Shield are now available on Nintendo Switch. The Crown of Tundra DLC will release this Fall for those who own the Expansion Pass.
