Update on June 3, at 11:18am: PS VR, DualShock 4 controller, and PlayStation Plus discounted prices added. Deals on PS VR are at select retailers only so your mileage may vary. Stores were informed of this at the last minute (i.e. this morning itself). Evidently competence is not Sony India’s strong suit.

Update on June 2, at 1:16am: PlayStation Days of Play 2020 end date added following a tweet from the official PlayStation India account.

Sony’s PlayStation Days of Play sales have been a summer staple for the last few years now and this year is no different. An assortment of games will be discounted. Sony India has told retailers that the Days of Play 2020 sale will begin from June 3. This makes sense when you consider Europe’s deals are on the same day and for Sony, India falls under EMEA territories. According to a tweet from the official PlayStation India Twitter account, the Days of Play 2020 end date is June 17. Here’s what you can expect.

PS4 Days of Play Sale 2020 deals

While a lot of these games are already cheaper than Sony’s Days of Play pricing at retailers like Amazon India, it’ll be interesting to see how many stores use this as an opportunity to charge more to bring it in line with Sony’s suggested pricing. We’ve reached out to Sony to confirm when the Days of Play 2020 discounts would end and if there are any offers on controllers or PS VR and will update this story if we hear from the company.

PS4 and PS4 Pro Days of Play 2020 discount?

Considering the PS4 and PS4 Pro are already discounted, it’s unlikely that Sony will drop their prices further. Though the company has said those discounts will be applicable as long as stocks last, sources say June 1 is the tentative end date. However Sony has extended its promotions in the past and this may be the case here too.
