Following SNK’s recent Samurai Shodown Xbox Series X|S release following its initial launch on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch, the company just revealed the Steam release date for the weapon-based fighter. Samurai Shodown follows its Epic Games Store PC release with a Steam release next month. It is unclear whether the Steam version will support for 120fps gameplay like the Xbox Series X version as of this writing. Alongside the Steam release date, SNK also announced that Shiro Tokisada Amakusa joins the game in Season Pass 3 as the 3rd DLC character. Watch the original game trailer for PS4 and Xbox One below:

A Samurai Shodown Steam price has not been announced. Many Epic Games Store exclusives have launched on Steam at a launch discount so hopefully Samurai Shodown gets a good launch discount for Steam as well since there are now three season passes.
