Capcom just revealed Seth for Street Fighter V: Champion Edition. Street Fighter V: Champion Edition was announced a little while ago for PS4 and PC bringing most costumes and stages into a surprisingly well priced bundle as an upgrade or a standalone release planned for February 2020.
