Level-5 and Bandai Namco Entertainment released Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch on Nintendo DS in Japan before it was brought to PS3 in Japan in 2011 followed by a worldwide release in 2013 that did very well. It was one of the best selling PS3 JRPGs having shipped over a million copies. When Bandai Namco announced Ni no Kuni II for PS4, a lot of fans were wondering if the original would be ported. After Ni no Kuni II eventually launched on PS4 and PC, it took a while for Bandai Namco to announce Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch and Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Remastered for modern systems. There are no details on whether this supports higher frame rates than 60fps on PC yet.
