Ys IX: Monstrum Nox, Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny, and The Silver Case 2425 from NIS America released across the last week in North America with Europe and the rest of the world to follow across the next few days. Today, retailer MCube Games has listed all three games for Nintendo Switch confirming the India release date and price. It is worth noting that all three are priced the same abroad and MCube Games’ pricing for The Silver Case 2425 is higher than it should be going by exchange rates but the price is likely higher because of the packaging being larger versus Disgaea 6 and Ys IX that don’t include an added soundtrack CD.
The retailer confirmed to The Mako Reactor that these games are region 2 versions. In these cases, the build for Europe and North America is same so you will not have any DLC issues regardless of whether you use USA or UK eShops. Watch the Ys IX launch trailer for Nintendo Switch below:

Disgaea 6, Ys IX: Monstrum Nox, and The Silver Case 2425 are out now on Nintendo Switch and rolling out through all regions across the next week. They will be available in India from July 12 onwards.
