How to unlock Ys IX: Monstrum Nox PS4 save data items

When you start a new save file in Ys IX: Monstrum Nox, you get a prompt to load save data from Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana and Ys: Memories of Celceta. You can only unlock the save data bonus by letting it load the data here. It is worth noting that I verified that this does not work for a US region copy of Ys IX: Monstrum Nox with EU region save data for Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana. In the past, games have detected save data across regions like with Yakuza games (link) reading save data from other regions. You will need save data from both games to unlock both items

Ys IX: Monstrum Nox is out on February 2 in North America and February 5 in Europe and digitally in India for PS4. The Nintendo Switch and PC versions will release later.
