As of now, a demo has not been announced for the West. You can download the Japanese demo here on the eShop (Japanese account required).
As of this writing, it is unclear whether the art card bonus will be available in all regions or just North America. Hopefully we get confirmation about a potential physical release for India as well from Sega. The PS4 physical release was only released here later on, and it sold out quickly with no restocks.
