Capcom announced the return of Rajang at TGS 2019 for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne and the update is set to arrive next week. A PlayStation 4 event listing has some details about the title update that Capcom has not announced yet. If you’ve not gotten Monster Hunter World: Iceborne yet, read my review here. Watch the trailer for the Rajang update below:

The Rajang update will bring a new area to the Guiding Lands with a volcano theme. This area will let you gain materials to upgrade your armor and weapons as expected. You will also be able to invite friends into your room in game and listen to music. Your room also gets a new showcase for your armor going by the listing on PS4. It is going to be interesting how Capcom expands on the room customisation further with every update coming to Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. The Rajang Update release date is October 10.

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is available on PS4 and Xbox One. It is coming to PC in January 2020.
