Ender Lilies from Binary Haze Interactive is an excellent metroidvania. Read my PS4 review here and Nintendo Switch review here. Ender Lilies was one of our best PS4 games of 2021 as well. Today, Binary Haze Interactive and developer Adglobe announced the Redemption Reapers release date. If you missed the game’s reveal, Redemption Reapers is a tactical RPG coming to PS4, Switch, and Steam featuring voice actors from games we’ve covered like 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim, Persona 5, Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and more. Redemption Reapers physical release
As of now, a Redemption Reapers physical release hasn’t been announced. Hopefully it gets one worldwide. The Ender Lilies physical edition in Japan was pretty great.
I hope Redemption Reapers ends up being as good or better than Ender Lilies. There’s a lot of potential in the genre, and the trailers so far have been promising. The only downside is that Redemption Reapers releases in a very busy few weeks next month alongside Like a Dragon Ishin, Octopath Traveler II, and more.
