How to clear the Firebreak quest
Part 3 of the Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds collaboration quest with Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is the final part for now. This quest has you facing off against a Savage Deviljho in Elder’s Recess. You need to be MR 24 or higher to join or post this quest. It is a fairly straightforward quest and there is only one Ebony Odogaron in the area during this quest.
If you’ve not faced Savage Deviljho yet, it is basically a more fierce and stronger Deviljho that has many new moves. Your aim here is to evade Savage Deviljho’s dragon breath attacks. If you do get inflicted by dragonblight, use a nulberry quickly. Doing this quest in a group is much faster as usual so try and join an SOS flare quest for it if you can because you will need to do this quest a few times.
Using the clutch claw to flinch shot Savage Deviljho into a wall will help because not only does it deal a lot of damage but it also drops a Savage Deviljho material. You need a lot of Savage Deviljho materials to craft the event specific gear below.
Savage Deviljho is weak to dragon and thunder attacks. If you use a Great Sword, the Savage Deviljho fully upgraded rarity 12 one is a nice option for this quest.
One thing to keep in mind is you can trap Savage Deviljho as it isn’t an elder dragon. This will end the quest faster so pay attention to when Savage Deviljho is limping away or when you see the skull symbol on its icon on the mini map.
How to earn Daemon Tickets
Daemon Tickets are event exclusive quest completion rewards for the Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds collaboration quest part three. You earn Daemon Tickets by completing the Firebreak quest and cannot earn them any other way. This quest is only available until January 9, 2020 and it is only on PS4. You unlock a few with each quest. I did the quest 4 times so far and have unlocked between 2 and 5. I got 5 with a lucky voucher.
How many Daemon Tickets do you need to unlock everything
As of now, you need 12 Daemon Tickets to unlock and upgrade all the gear from the Firebreak quest. This includes 3 new pendants, a weapon upgrade, a full armor set, a palico armor set, and a palico weapon.
How to unlock Aloy’s Adept War Bow
Aloy’s Adept War Bow is an upgrade to Aloy’s War Bow which is an upgrade to Aloy’s Bow. You need to unlock both of these through “The Proving” event quest for the base game of Monster Hunter World. That quest is available for a limited time as well. Once you have forged and upgraded Aloy’s Bow, you need the following materials to upgrade to Aloy’s Adept War Bow:
- Daemon Ticket x 2
- Deviljho Shard x 2
- Vile Fang x 2
- Deviljho Ripper x 3
How to unlock Banuk Alpha plus armor
This rarity 12 armor set can be unlocked piecemeal at the Smithy. You need the following materials to forge each part of the set that costs 24,000 Zenny. This set has a 2 piece set bonus of Anjanath Dominance but the decoratin slots are very good.
- Banuk Helm Alpha plus = Daemon Ticket x 1, Deviljho Blackpiel x 2, Deviljho Shard x 1, Dragonbone Artifact x 1
- Banuk Mail Alpha plus = Daemon Ticket x 1, Deviljho Blackpiel x 2, Deviljho Shard x 1, Meldspar Ore x 3
- Banuk Arms Alpha plus = Daemon Ticket x 1, Deviljho Blackpiel x 2, Deviljho Shard x 1, Wingdrake Finehide x 2
- Banuk Coil Alpha plus = Daemon Ticket x 1, Deviljho Blackpiel x 2, Deviljho Shard x 1, Wulg Thickfur x 2

How to unlock the Watcher Alpha plus palico armor
You need the following items and 1,600 Research Points for the Watcher Alpha plus palico armor set.

How to unlock the Felyne Watcher Grinder Alpha plus palico weapon
The Felyne Watcher Grinder Alpha plus palico weapon can be forged at the Smithy with the following items and 1,000 Research Points.

- Watcher Lens x 1
How to unlock Focus Type A, B, and C pendants
Each pendant can be forged at the Smithy using 1 Daemon Ticket and 500 Research Points. These are similar to the Focus pendant but have different colours as shown in the image above.
