13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim is out now on PS4 in India digitally (but not at retail) and is rolling out worldwide on the PS Store. The game was originally set to release earlier in the month but it was delayed to coincide with the English dub. The English dub for 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim has arrived in the 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim version 1.01 update that is out now on PS4 worldwide. This is a 554.2MB download.
