Blue Reflection: Second Light from Gust and Koei Tecmo recently released on PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. It is the sequel to the PS4 and Steam game Blue Reflection from Gust that released in 2017. Read my review of the Switch version here and PC version here. Today, Koei Tecmo US and Europe released Blue Reflection: Second Light version 1.0.6 update on Nintendo Switch and version 1.06 for PS4. The download size is 44.5MB for PS4. This update fixes DLC and photo mode issues relating to the Big Puni in the Atelier Ryza DLC collaboration map. Blue Reflection: Second Light version 1.0.6 update patch notes

This is version 1.06 for PS4.

  • Corrected an issue in which, even if the Big Puni that appears in the Additional Map – Atelier Ryza Collab Dungeon was defeated, it could not be played in photo mode.
  • Various bugs fixed.

Blue Reflection: Second Light version 1.0.4 update patch notes for Nintendo Switch

The Blue Reflection: Second Light 1.0.4 update includes the 1.0.3 update. According to the official website, this update was to come next month but it has gone live today on PS4. The contents are below:

Blue Reflection: Second Light DLC schedule

Beginning November 23, 2021: the Hospitable Kitties Costume Set, Crafting Function: Ether Synthesis, and Additional Map: Hidden Southern Island will be released on all platforms. These are sold separately or included in the Blue Reflection: Second Light Season Pass.

Blue Reflection: Second Light demo save transfer to full game

If you finish the prologue in the demo, you will unlock the Bunny – Head Accessory and Preparing for the Unknown Fragment in the full game when you update.

A Blue Reflection: Second Light PC demo has not been announced yet.

Blue Reflection: Second Light Atelier Sophie 2 collaboration

If you own the early purchase bonuses for Blue Reflection: Second Light and Atelier Sophie 2, you will be able to wear the costumes across each game once they unlock.

Blue Reflection: Second Light on PS5

Blue Reflection: Second Light is playable on PS5 through backward compatibility. A native PS5 version has not been announced.
