After news about PES 2021 being a pared back release arrived yesterday, Konami has revealed the editions, release date, price, and more for eFootball PES 2021 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Konami is skipping a full new game release this year to focus on next year’s entry for PS5 and Xbox Series X built in Unreal Engine. PES 2021 arrives as a season update release. While the wording on the trailer and name implies it is only DLC, Konami’s listings on the PS Store and Steam confirm that this is a standalone release available at a discounted price. There will be an upgrade path for PES 2020 owners and Konami is working on fixing it right now. Watch the trailer for it below:
PES 2021 release date and editions
PES 2021 is releasing on September 15 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam in a standard edition and a club edition.

PES 2021 is priced at Rs. 1,999 on the PS Store for PS4, Rs. 1,999 on the Microsoft Store for Xbox One, and Rs. 800 on Steam.

PES 2021 has various club editions available on all platforms priced a bit higher than the standard edition. On PS4 and Xbox One, the club editions cost Rs. 2,249 while they cost Rs. 950 on Steam.
PES 2021 physical release
A physical version has been confirmed by Konami for both PS4 and Xbox One. An India release has not been confirmed for the physical release as of this writing.
