Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town from Xseed Games and Marvelous released worldwide on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam last year. It is a remake of Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town and More Friends of Mineral Town with a wealth of improvements and new content. I’ve been playing it on both PC and Nintendo Switch. As of now, Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town has not been confirmed to be a digital-only release so a PS4 physical might happen. I’ve asked Xseed Games about this and will update the story if I hear back.
