Nintendo recently released the big Fall Update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. This update has a Halloween theme with many surprises planned and more coming in November. Previously, the Summer Update Wave 1 and Wave 2 brought in swimming, diving, new donations for the museum, and more. Animal Crossing: New Horizons version 1.4.0 update finally brought in in save data backups (not for transfer to another system), fireworks, and more. Today, Nintendo followed the 1.5.0 update that brought in a lot of new content with Animal Crossing: New Horizons version 1.5.1 to fix some of the issues introduced in the last update. This update is a small download as usual. Details for the big 1.5.0 update are here. Watch the trailer for the Fall update below:

Animal Crossing: New Horizons version 1.51 update patch notes

  • Fixed an issue where some title keywords obtained via Nook Miles would not appear within the Passport.
  • Fixed an issue where certain messages would display in English for users playing in French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, or Russian.
  • Fixed an issue where animal residents would talk about pumpkins when given a bamboo shoot.
  • Fixed an issue where it was no longer possible to jump over a river based on the location of certain furniture.

Another update is planned for November bringing in new seasonal content in Animal Crossing: New Horizons through an update that will likely be Animal Crossing: New Horizons version 1.6.0 update.
